DOUBLE PROJECT FOR REAL ESTATE AGENCIES

Since April of this year I have started working on projects for the management of real estate properties in the Costa da Morte.

The purpose of these projects is, apart from the functionality of selling and renting apartments, houses, farms, etc., to represent the biodiversity and culture that exists in that area.

One project involves renting apartments exclusively for summer holidays and holiday periods (All Saints' Day, Christmas and New Year's Eve, Easter, etc.), while the other project is more generalized, because it is part of an existing real estate agency where I only work to improve the main website of the real estate company and manage data of owners and properties.

The real estate company is responsible for renting, selling and reserving any property that it has available, whether it is a house, flat, apartment, plot of land, outdoor property or premises.

For these two projects I have a friend who is an expert in marketing and social media, working in the field of feedback and brand visibility for businesses on both Google and social media.

The exclusive project is called Refuxios do Atlántico, while the company, which has two independent branches, is called Elías, hence the names Elías Inmobiliaria and Elías Asesores. I currently work for Elías Inmobiliaria. In a few months, I expect to start working for the other branch.
